Metro DC Developments is a small, privately owned development company with a passion for details.  As Charles Eames said, “the details are not the details. We are also a construction and design concierge service, specializing in the remodeling needs of our clientele in the Washington Area who are interesting in updating their homes and businesses.  Our team can assist you with various types of construction ranging from land development for new ground construction, tear down/re-building construction and major renovation projects.

 

We choose to focus on a handful of projects at a time, giving us the opportunity to stay actively and personally involved in each project.  Through every step of the process, we work directly with clients, architects, interior designers – ensuring that every detail is carefully planned and constructed in a clean, green, beautiful and cost efficient manner.​ We combine traditional standards of quality with a contemporary understanding of schedule and budget to produce beautiful, lasting interiors that will impress for years to come.
